What Supplements Are The Best To Take?

What are four supplements we regularly recommend to members of our team?

Supplement recommendation should be pretty individualized based on the person, but there are four that I find myself recommending pretty regularly. That's going to be magnesium, vitamin D3, iron, and creatine.

Those four are a staple and a lot of our members daily routines, also mine. Other than that, there's a couple here and there, but we really tend to try to prioritize whole foods, sunlight, everyday movements, and then outside of that we start filling the gaps.
